Bulk actions on stops

Select many stops at once and delete them in a single move — plus the multiselect basics for cleaning up a plan fast.

Editing stops one at a time is fine for a handful. When you're clearing out a batch — cancelled orders, a customer who rescheduled ten deliveries, a test import to wipe — use multiselect and act on all of them at once.

Selecting multiple stops

Press Select Multiple Stops to enter selection mode. From there:

  • Tick the stops you want, or use Select all to grab the whole list.
  • The bar shows a running count — "N stop(s) selected."
  • Deselect all clears the selection to start over.

Bulk delete

With stops selected, Delete in the bar removes the whole selection from the plan in one move, after a quick confirmation — it's one action changing many stops, so the app double-checks.

Press on the bar to leave selection mode when you're finished.

Typical candidates: a bad import, duplicates, a block of cancelled orders, or a test batch you're wiping before the real plan.

Bulk housekeeping in the Address Book

The same "act on many at once" idea applies to the Team Address Book, which supports bulk delete for retiring addresses you no longer serve. Select the entries and remove them together instead of one by one.
