Question 1

What do I get on the free plan?

Accepted Answer

The free plan includes up to 20 stops per route and 5 optimizations per day (30 per month), plus the core workflow: paste a list of addresses, optimize the stop order, navigate with drive mode, and export or share your route. No credit card required to start.

Question 2

What happens when I hit the free plan limit?

Accepted Answer

The free plan covers routes of up to 20 stops, with 5 optimizations a day (30 a month). When you hit the cap you can wait for it to refill, grab a $5 PRO day pass for a single heavy day, or upgrade to Pro for 200 stops per route and 20 optimizations a day.

Question 3

What does Pro add over the free plan?

Accepted Answer

Pro raises the limits to 200 stops per route and 20 optimizations per day, and unlocks CSV / Excel / PDF import, adding stops from images or your camera with AI-assisted import, stop priority and arrival time windows, traffic-aware optimization, and 1000 saved stops. Pro is $14.99/month, or $119.99/year (save 33%) when billed annually — and you can cancel any time.

Question 4

Can I use Pro without a subscription?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The PRO day pass is a one-time $5 purchase that gives you full Pro access for about 24 hours, with no auto-renewal. It's made for days when you need the higher limits or paid features without an ongoing plan.

Question 5

How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

It depends where you subscribed. On the web, open your account menu, go to the Subscription tab, and press Manage to reach your billing portal. In the app, go to Profile → Subscription → Cancel Subscription — you'll be redirected to the App Store or Google Play to finish, since that's where the charge actually happens. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Question 6

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Web purchases are sold through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and refund requests are handled under its consumer terms — this never limits the refund and withdrawal rights you have by law. Purchases made in the mobile apps are billed and refunded by Apple or Google under their own policies. You can always contact us at info@routerra.io and we'll help.

Question 7

Does Routerra work on iPhone, Android, and the web?

Accepted Answer

Yes — Routerra runs on iOS, Android, and in any web browser. Everything in the core loop — building, importing, optimizing, driving, and recording outcomes — works the same on the phone and on the web, with a handful of platform-specific extras on each.

Question 8

Can I import stops from a spreadsheet or a photo?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On the free plan you can paste a list of addresses. Pro adds importing stops from CSV, Excel, or PDF files and adding stops from images or your camera, with AI-assisted import that extracts every address automatically.

Question 9

How many stops can I plan on one route?

Accepted Answer

Up to 20 stops per route on the free plan and 200 stops per route on Pro. If you need more, reach out to us at info@routerra.io to request unlimited.

Question 10

Do prices differ by country?

Accepted Answer

Prices are set in US dollars — $14.99/month, $119.99/year, $5 day pass. The App Store and Google Play show them in your local currency at their own rates, so the amount at checkout may differ slightly from the numbers on this page.

Question 11

What's the difference between Pro and Routerra Teams?

Accepted Answer

Pro is a personal plan for planning and driving your own routes. Routerra Teams is multi-driver dispatch for delivery businesses: a dispatcher web app, an offline-first driver app, proof of delivery, and customer notifications. Teams is priced per driver — $25 per driver / month, or $20 billed annually — with a 7-day free trial and no minimum fleet size.
