How do I cancel my subscription?

Accepted Answer

It depends where you subscribed. On the web, open your account menu, go to the Subscription tab, and press Manage to reach your billing portal. In the app, go to Profile → Subscription → Cancel Subscription — you'll be redirected to the App Store or Google Play to finish, since that's where the charge actually happens. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Can I get a refund?

Web purchases are sold through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and refund requests are handled under its consumer terms — this never limits the refund and withdrawal rights you have by law.
