Global Route Settings
Next to login icon you can find global route settings that will affect all your routes:
Default Location
Default start / finish Location would be picked up each time along the new route being created.
Default Start and Service Time
The default start time will be set at the start location, while the default service time will be set for each added stop.
Duplicate Stops and Stop Side Parking
You can prevent duplicate stops when adding them via bulk upload or manually. The stop side parking will be set for each added stop.
Optimize By
You can also weigh the route optimization toward minimizing either distance or time using the 'Optimize by' option.
Type of Vehicle
This option controls which roads can be accessed and also factors into the drive speed along the route.
Avoid Options
In addition, you can choose to avoid certain types of roads or request traffic-aware routing, which uses up-to-date data about road conditions and average travel times.

Adding stops
Directly type address or use bulk upload to add multiple stops in matter of seconds!
Paste List
If you have a list of addresses just copy paste it and we automatically find exact location for each of them and create relevant route stops.
Upload Files
Just upload your file — AI will parse it automatically, no formatting needed. You can also use the AI Prompt to guide how the data should be used, where to place notes, etc.
Upload Images
You can upload screenshots, app manifests, or even photos of package details — all at once. Use AI Prompt to extract specific info from images and add it to notes or time fields.
Adjusting arrival constraints
Once you added one stop or all via bulk list you have ability to call-out Edit Stop Menu.
Address
Update the address or move the location pin on map to exact place.
Color On Map
Change pin color that would help to differentiate stop purpose.
Select Position
Set position among other stops on route or you can also use drag&drop directly on list.
Service Time
Represents amount of time you expect to spend on location once arrived. Default value could be updated in settings.
Arrival From - To
Time window that specifies arrival boundaries while optimizing the route.
Priority
Set as earliest or latest to let optimizer arrange it respectfully or even combine this with arrival window to arrange within it.
Curbside Parking
Useful when you care about which side of route you should reach the destination.
Notes
Let you add any kind of useful information.
Address
Update the address or move the location pin on map to exact place.

Route optimization, adjustments and export
Route Optimization
Once all locations are added, you can either Calculate As Added to get directions and stats based on the current order (useful for following a manifest), or Optimize to rearrange them for the most efficient route.
Manual Adjustments
Simply drag & drop your stops to customize the route after optimization or whenever your plans change while driving. You can also use the "Edit Stop" menu to manually set a stop's position. Need to go in the opposite direction? Just use the reverse route option.
Export and Share
Click the Export button to choose how you'd like to download or share your route:
- CSV or XLSX – Tabular format with full details and statistics
- PDF – Printable file with a route map, stop list, detailed stats, and arrival times
- Copy Link – Shareable read-only route view, perfect for drivers or collaborators
Drive & dispatch
Drive Mode
Enable drive mode to conveniently navigate across the route locations using Next or Previous button. Also you can jump to any location if needed from All Stops menu
Also:
- You can set delivery status as "Finished" or "Cancelled" depending on outcome
- "Edit note" to capture delivery result or essential details.
- And use "Navigate" button to callout your preferable app that bring you to the target location. (use global settings to set preferable Navigation app on your device: Google Maps, Apple Maps, Waze)
