DATA DELETION POLICY

This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request the removal of your personal data from our systems, what to expect once you do, and how we ensure that deletion requests are handled securely and promptly.

WHY THIS MATTERS

You have the right to request deletion of your personal information under applicable data protection laws. We want to make it as easy as possible for you to exercise this right and understand exactly what happens when you do.

HOW TO REQUEST DELETION

To delete your account and all associated data, follow these steps in the UI:

1) Click your user icon and choose “Manage account.”

2) Under the Security tab, click the red “Delete account” button.

3) Confirm your choice in the dialog. After confirmation, your data will enter the deletion process.

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

Once you confirm deletion:

  • Your account will be deactivated immediately and you will be logged out.
  • We will securely remove your personal data from our active systems within 30 days.
  • Some information may remain in our backups for up to 60 days before final purging.

RETENTION EXCEPTIONS

Certain information may be retained beyond the standard deletion window if required by law (for example, for fraud prevention, tax reporting, or other regulatory obligations). In such cases, we will isolate and protect that data until it can be safely deleted.
