1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of Routerra’s web and mobile Services (“Services”). By using the Services you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

You must be 18+ to use the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it. Provide accurate information and update it when necessary.

3. Subscriptions & Billing (Mobile)

  • In-App Purchases. Paid features are sold as auto-renewing subscriptions via Apple App Store / Google Play and managed by RevenueCat.
  • Trials. Charges start after the trial unless you cancel ≥24h before it ends.
  • Renewals. Auto-renew unless canceled ≥24h before period end.
  • Manage/Cancel. From your App Store / Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel.
  • Refunds. Handled by Apple/Google per their policies; we can’t process store refunds directly.
  • Taxes. Prices may include/exclude taxes depending on platform/region.

3a. Web Features (Cookies, Analytics, Live Chat)

The web app may use cookies/SDKs (e.g., analytics, session replay) and a live-chat widget. Usage of these tools and your options (consent/opt-out) are described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No unlawful, harmful, or infringing content; no scraping or unauthorized access.
  • No use that interferes with or overloads the Services or other users.
  • Do not share sensitive personal or payment data in support chat or uploads unless we explicitly request it for support and through a secure channel.

5. User Content

You own your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display it solely to operate and improve the Services. You represent you have necessary rights to the content you upload.

6. Location & Navigation

Maps, routes, and ETAs are estimates only; conditions change. Always obey laws, signs, and traffic conditions. Use the Service only when it is safe to do so.

6a. Third-Party Services & Availability

The Services depend on third-party providers (e.g., Clerk, RevenueCat, Mapbox, Google Maps, PostHog/Hotjar, Bugsnag/Sentry, hosting/CDNs). Their availability or changes may affect the Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time; we are not liable for outages or incidents attributable to third-party systems.

7. Feedback

If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant us a free, irrevocable license to use them without obligation, including to improve the Services.

8. Updates & Changes to the Services

We may deliver updates (including over-the-air) and may modify or discontinue features at any time.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Routerra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time; provisions that by nature should survive will survive.

12. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Kraków, Poland will have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by the “Last updated” date above. For material changes we may provide additional notice (e.g., in-app/web notice or email).

14. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with any referenced policies (including our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
