These Terms are an agreement between you and Routerra Anatolii Trubin, a sole proprietorship registered in Poland (ul. Na Zjeździe 11, lok. 5p, 30-527 Kraków, Poland; NIP 6793319069; REGON 540576549) — “Routerra”, “we”, “us”. They govern your access to and use of Routerra’s web and mobile route-planning services, apps, and websites (the “Services”).
You accept these Terms by creating a Routerra account or by using the Services. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Services.
These Terms cover our consumer product — individual accounts. Business and Teams accounts will be governed by separate terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. Tell us at info@routerra.io if you suspect someone else is using your account.
Paid features are sold as subscriptions through two channels, depending on where you buy.
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason. When you buy a subscription, you get access immediately; where you expressly consent to the service starting right away and acknowledge the effect on your withdrawal right, that right may be affected as applicable law provides. For web purchases, withdrawal is handled through Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record; for store purchases, through Apple or Google.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law. Where these Terms conflict with those rights, your statutory rights win.
You own the content you add to the Services — routes, stops, addresses, notes, and uploads. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and improve the Services. You represent that you have the necessary rights to the content you upload.
The Services — including the apps, software, design, and the Routerra brand — belong to us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the apps to access the Services under these Terms. Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse engineer any part of the Services, except to the extent the law permits it despite this restriction.
Maps, routes, and ETAs are estimates only; real-world conditions change. Always obey laws, signs, and traffic conditions, and use the Services only when it is safe to do so. You — not Routerra — are responsible for your driving.
The Services depend on third-party providers for maps, geocoding, hosting, and other functions — see our Subprocessors page for the current list. Their availability or changes may affect the Services. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may deliver updates (including over-the-air) to keep the Services working.
If you send ideas or suggestions, you grant us a free, irrevocable license to use them without obligation, including to improve the Services.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This does not affect any warranties or guarantees you are entitled to as a consumer under applicable law, including the legal guarantee of conformity for digital services.
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) Routerra will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill; and (b) our total liability for all claims relating to the Services is limited to the amounts paid by you for the Services (whether to us, to our merchant of record, or to the app store) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for gross negligence or willful misconduct, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law — including rights you have as a consumer.
You can stop using the Services at any time and delete your account in the app or by contacting us — see our Deletion Policy for what happens to your data. Before you delete your account, you can export your routes from the app.
We may suspend or terminate your access for a material breach of these Terms, with notice where practicable. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (such as Sections 6, 8, 10, 12, and 13) will survive.
If you have a problem, contact us first at info@routerra.io — we aim to resolve complaints amicably within 30 days. If you are a consumer, you may also be able to refer a dispute to a consumer alternative-dispute-resolution (ADR) body in your country of residence.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, and disputes are subject to the courts of Kraków, Poland — except that if you are a consumer, you keep the right to sue and be sued in the courts of your country of residence, and you always enjoy the mandatory consumer protections of the country where you live.
Changes to these Terms. We may update these Terms; the “Last updated” date above shows the current version. For material changes we will give notice in the app, on the web, or by email. Continuing to use the Services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms, where the law permits acceptance this way.
Assignment. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; you may not assign them without our consent.
Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
Notices. We may send notices to the email address on your account; legal notices to us go to the address below or to info@routerra.io.
