- Free & Pro (personal plans): route optimization, multi-stop planning (up to 20 stops per route on Free, up to 200 on Pro), Drive Mode with stop check-ins, turn-by-turn navigation via hand-off to Google Maps / Waze / Apple Maps (not an in-app engine), offline mode, route export and sharing (CSV, PDF, link).
- Pro only: time windows and stop priority, bulk import (CSV / Excel), OCR import from photos or camera, AI-powered stop extraction, address book (1,000 saved stops), traffic-aware optimization. A $5 Day Pass unlocks full Pro for one day (one-time, no auto-renew).
- Teams only: multi-driver dispatch, proof of delivery (photos and notes per stop), live progress tracking (status-based, not a live GPS map), automatic SMS and email customer notifications, REST API and signed webhooks.
